Representative a civil defense spokesman stated that 24 individuals were killed in the latest 24 hours, with shelling persisting.
He added, "Zero humanitarian shipments have been able to reach Gaza City since the conflict escalated four weeks ago."
"There are still bodies we are unable to recover from areas under Israeli control," he said.
Specific Reports of Late-Night Bombardment
Witnesses report that from 21:30 local time on Sunday until early morning, shelling and bombing targeted multiple areas of the urban center.
- Shelling focused on the southern and western parts factory district, and university area, then came sustained attacks in Tel al-Hawa.
- Later, bombing runs hit al-Tuffah and the public security compound.
- In the early hours, military aircraft attacked the district, a refugee camp, and al-Jalaa Street, while mortar fire targeted al-Nasr Street near the roundabout and al-Shifa hospital.

Local sources noted ordnance targeting neighborhoods in that district and al-Jalaa Street.
The spokesman reported that Tel al-Hawa, al-Jalaa, and al-Nasr Street were among the most intensely attacked areas overnight.
